Our Dreilinden Technology Campus, which is just 30 minutes from Berlin, is built on a purpose of leadership and technology. You’ll find exciting career opportunities in many important areas of the eBay business: Project Management, Development, Engineering, Business Development, Systems Analysis and Customer Solutions.
Our offices are a great place to grow a career, and for the second year in a row, we were voted one of the Best Multinational Workplaces in Europe. Our modern complex buzzes with the vibrancy of Germany’s capital. Employees plug into WiFi anywhere, take free fitness classes at our onsite gym and enjoy a free coffee bar, fresh fruit and beverages. To unwind, there’s a beach volleyball court, table tennis area and space to relax in our colorful, employee-designed conference rooms.
While we’re enthusiastic about our work, we’re just as committed to giving back to the community. Each year, our teams join together to support companywide events, including volunteering with GuteTat.de, the Summer Party Charity Market and Christmas Tombola. Apply for one of our open positions today, and seek your next challenge with our global team.
When eBay launched in 1995, it created the marketplace for buying and selling on the Internet and helped redefine commerce worldwide. Today, our Germany offices are continuing this effort in one eBay’s largest markets. This includes those employees working at our other businesses like eBay Enterprise, mobile.de, brands4friends, eBay Kleinanzeigen and eBay Advertising.
We are Employee Focused
For the past three years, eBay has been recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute® as one of the best workplaces in Germany and Europe. One reason for this is that we understand time is a valuable commodity. Our employees are encouraged to find their ideal work-life balance and do their work where they’re most productive, be it at home, in the office, or outdoors. To ensure professional growth, we have personal training, group workshops and coaching programs. And there are opportunities for new challenges in our other offices such as Silicon Valley, Dublin or Sydney.
We Believe in Diversity
We are an equal opportunity employer and believe that diversity is vital to our success. We bring talented people of different gender, origin, sexual orientation and of different ages together. We have our own LGBTI network that offers mentoring support as well as recruitment and training for new LGBTI employees. We’ve been rated 100% for the 6th year in a row by Human Rights Campaign Foundation, making eBay one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTI people. We launched WIN, the eBay Women's Intiative Network, to further the careers of women at eBay through mentoring, professional career advice, and training on various subjects. We provide flexible working hours and part-time options to help families and those caring for loved ones. And for working parents, we help with kindergarten placement around Dreilinden.
We Enjoy Work
We have locations throughout the country, but our headquarters is just 30 minutes outside Berlin in Dreilinden. Our modern campus is alive with energy and ideas. Employees plug into WiFi inside and outside, take free fitness classes at our gym, eat healthy in our onsite cafe, enjoy free drinks and snacks, and have the option to join many sports clubs. They can even use our electric car for free! Our Dreilinden office is easily accessible by car, bike and public transport. We support the costs of the daily travel to the office and even have a free shuttle to the nearest train station, a bicycle rental service and free onsite parking.
We Plan for the Future
A solid work-life balance includes health benefits and ensuring economic stability. We have many policies and plans that support each employee's financial security today, tomorrow, and after their working life. Every full-time employee can take advantage of our tuition reimbursement, pension plan, and discounts on eBay stock. We Give Back
While we’re enthusiastic about changing the world of commerce, we’re also committed to giving back to our community. Our GIVE team supports charitable organizations through donations and volunteer work around the country. Some of our teams have joined together to support GuteTat.de, Summer Party Charity Market, and Christmas Tombola. Our GREEN team helps organize and implement environmentally friendly programs on the eBay campus.
